We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
What we can accept
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by your order number
What we can’t accept
For health and hygiene reasons, and for safety-related goods, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Underwear, base layers and socks once opened or worn
- Opened consumables such as insect repellent, cleaners, polishes and treatments
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Items damaged by use, alteration, laundering or normal wear
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 30-day window. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original for a refund — that way the replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for your return to reach us.
How to start a return
- Message us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) involved.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your order number.
Please wait for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns can’t reliably be matched to an order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
