Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
- $6.99 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $75
The $75 threshold is calculated on the merchandise total after any discounts and before tax.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We’re not able to ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after an order leaves our warehouse. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren’t guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or severe weather.
Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn’t moved after a few business days, let us know through our contact page and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
Split shipments
Larger orders occasionally ship in more than one package, sometimes on different days. You aren’t charged extra when that happens.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can usually correct an address before an order ships — contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands we’re limited in what we can change.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll make it right.
